RETURNS
We accept returns within 14 days of delivery
To qualify for a return:
. items must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition
. items must be in their original packaging with tags attached
. Proof of purchase (order number or confirmation email) is required

final sale items, including accessories, gift cards, and promotional items, are non refundable.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, you'll be notified of the approval status. Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5-10 days.
Note: shipping charges are non-refundable. if your order qualified for free shipping, the shipping cost may be deducted from your refund.
Damaged or incorrect items
if your items arrive damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 48 of delivery at prettyfitessentials@gmail.com with your order number and photo of the item. We'll take care of it.
Lost or Stolen packages
We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages that are marked as "Deliverd" by the carrier.

. Double check the shipping address and look around your delivery area
. Ask neighbors or your local post office for help

Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges. To swap an item, returns it and place a new order.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is damaged or incorrect. For your protection, we recommend using a trackable shipping method.
